Participants in this workshop learn how to conduct a comprehensive evaluation to aid the evaluation team with planning, assessing, and interpreting Specific Learning Disability evaluations that address concerns with Dyslexia and Dysgraphia. The scope of the process--streamlining procedures, training staff, reviewing referrals, selecting appropriate assessments, collaborating across disciplines, interpreting the preponderance of data, and incorporating the CSEP method--will be covered in this session. Participants will receive sample resources that can be utilized within their district to aid in the evaluation of Dyslexia and Dysgraphia as part of the FIIE.
