In this session, a comprehensive model for dyslexia evaluation along with examples of relevant tools from the Pearson Dyslexia Toolkit will be discussed including practical implications for assessment. Evaluation tools will be presented with an emphasis on interpretation of data from the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, Fourth Edition (WIAT-4) reading and reading related subtests and utilizing the WIAT-4 Dyslexia Index Scores for screening and evaluation.
